Artem Dolmatov

Founder & Managing Director

Artem founded Valcore with over 20 years of experience spanning corporate governance advisory, M&A project management, budgeting, corporate finance, and investment banking - more than a decade of which was spent in senior and executive roles. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Audit from the Academy of Customs Service of Ukraine, and is currently completing a Master's in Governance, Risk and Compliance at the European Institute of Management and Finance in Cyprus, alongside the ADIT qualification through the University of Nicosia.

Anton Tolochko

Founder & Director

Anton is a Director, Co-Founder and Compliance Officer at Valcore. He holds a Master's Degree in Finance from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, is an FCCA, and a licensed ICPAC practitioner. With more than 17 years of experience in audit, financial management, taxation, and AML/CFT compliance - including time at a Big 4 firm - he has worked with a wide range of international clients and corporate structures. His focus is on financial reporting, tax planning, and regulatory compliance.

Rostyslav Malai

Founder & Director

Rostyslav is a Director with over 10 years of experience in audit, financial management, tax advisory, and corporate finance. He started his career at a Big 4 firm in Cyprus and brings solid expertise in IFRS reporting, financial risk assessment, and internal controls. His background covers budgeting and forecasting, financial modelling, corporate tax planning, and audit coordination. Rostyslav is a member of ACCA and ICPAC, holds the ADIT qualification, an MBA from European University Cyprus, and a certification in Anti-Money Laundering from the International Compliance Association.
